YOU CAN EXPECT TO

  • Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, using a range of tools and techniques, such as wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions, constantly striving for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization, advocating for the user’s perspective during design discussions.

HARD & SOFT SKILLS

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in product-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, with a focus on problem-solving and user-centred design.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and their impact on design decisions (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in animation and micro-interactions to enhance user experiences.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates a strong aptitude for creativity and critical thinking.
